(כד) א֣וֹ בָשָׂ֔ר כִּֽי־יִהְיֶ֥ה בְעֹר֖וֹ מִכְוַת־אֵ֑שׁ וְֽהָיְתָ֞ה מִֽחְיַ֣ת הַמִּכְוָ֗ה בַּהֶ֛רֶת לְבָנָ֥ה אֲדַמְדֶּ֖מֶת א֥וֹ לְבָנָֽה׃ (כה) וְרָאָ֣ה אֹתָ֣הּ הַכֹּהֵ֡ן וְהִנֵּ֣ה נֶהְפַּךְ֩ שֵׂעָ֨ר לָבָ֜ן בַּבַּהֶ֗רֶת וּמַרְאֶ֙הָ֙ עָמֹ֣ק מִן־הָע֔וֹר צָרַ֣עַת הִ֔וא בַּמִּכְוָ֖ה פָּרָ֑חָה וְטִמֵּ֤א אֹתוֹ֙ הַכֹּהֵ֔ן נֶ֥גַע צָרַ֖עַת הִֽוא׃ (כו) וְאִ֣ם ׀ יִרְאֶ֣נָּה הַכֹּהֵ֗ן וְהִנֵּ֤ה אֵֽין־בַּבַּהֶ֙רֶת֙ שֵׂעָ֣ר לָבָ֔ן וּשְׁפָלָ֥הֿ אֵינֶ֛נָּה מִן־הָע֖וֹר וְהִ֣וא כֵהָ֑ה וְהִסְגִּיר֥וֹ הַכֹּהֵ֖ן שִׁבְעַ֥ת יָמִֽים׃ (כז) וְרָאָ֥הוּ הַכֹּהֵ֖ן בַּיּ֣וֹם הַשְּׁבִיעִ֑י אִם־פָּשֹׂ֤ה תִפְשֶׂה֙ בָּע֔וֹר וְטִמֵּ֤א הַכֹּהֵן֙ אֹת֔וֹ נֶ֥גַע צָרַ֖עַת הִֽוא׃ (כח) וְאִם־תַּחְתֶּ֩יהָ֩ תַעֲמֹ֨ד הַבַּהֶ֜רֶת לֹא־פָשְׂתָ֤ה בָעוֹר֙ וְהִ֣וא כֵהָ֔ה שְׂאֵ֥ת הַמִּכְוָ֖ה הִ֑וא וְטִֽהֲרוֹ֙ הַכֹּהֵ֔ן כִּֽי־צָרֶ֥בֶת הַמִּכְוָ֖ה הִֽוא׃ {פ}
(כד) אוֹ בִסְרָא אֲרֵי יְהֵי בְמַשְׁכֵּיהּ כְּוָאָה דְנוּר וּתְהֵי רשֶׁם כְּוָאָה בַּהֲרָא חַוְּרָא סַמְקָא אוֹ חַוְּרָא: (כה) וְיֶחֱזֵי יָתַהּ כַּהֲנָא וְהָא אִתְהֲפִיךְ שֵׂעָר חִוָּר בְּבַהֶרְתָּא וּמֶחֱזָהָא עַמִּיק מִן מַשְׁכָּא סְגִירוּתָא הִיא בִּכְוָאָה סְגִיאָה וִיסָאֵב יָתֵיהּ כַּהֲנָא מַכְתַּשׁ סְגִירוּתָא הִיא: (כו) וְאִם יֶחֱזִנַּהּ כַּהֲנָא וְהָא לֵית בְּבַהֶרְתָּא שֵׂעָר חִוָּר וּמַכִּיכָא לֵיתָהָא מִן מַשְׁכָּא וְהִיא עָמְיָא וְיַסגְּרִנֵּיהּ כַּהֲנָא שִׁבְעָא יוֹמִין: (כז) וְיֶחֱזִנֵּיהּ כַּהֲנָא בְּיוֹמָא שְׁבִיעָאָה אִם אוֹסָפָא תוֹסֵף בְּמַשְׁכָּא וִיסָאֵב כַּהֲנָא יָתֵיהּ מַכְתַּשׁ סְגִירוּתָא הִיא: (כח) וְאִם בְּאַתְרָהָא קָמַת בַּהֶרְתָּא לָא אוֹסֵפַת בְּמַשְׁכָּא וְהִיא עָמְיָא עֹמֶק כְּוָאָה הִיא וִידַכִּנֵּיהּ כַּהֲנָא אֲרֵי רשֶׁם כְּוָאָה הִיא:
24. A person who will have in his skin[1] a burn from fire, and the sign of the burn is a brightness, either white-red or white, 25. the priest will see it and behold, (if) hair has turned white in the brightness, and its appearance is deeper than the skin, it is tzaraas that has multiplied in the burn. The priest shall declare him unclean; it is an affliction of tzaraas. 26. And if the priest sees it and behold, there is no white hair in the brightness, and it isn’t lower than the skin, and it’s faded, the priest shall quarantine him (for) seven days. 27. The priest shall see it on the seventh day. If it has increased in the skin, the priest shall declare him unclean; it is an affliction of tzaraas. 28. And if the brightness remained in its place, not having spread on the skin, and it’s faded, it is a deepness from the burn. The priest shall declare him clean because it’s a sign of the burn.[2]
