Meilah 3:4-5

Meilah 3:4

One may not benefit from the ashes of the inner altar and the Menorah but they are not subject to misappropriation. If one consecrates the ashes at the outset, then they are subject to misappropriation. One may not benefit from (consecrated) doves that have not yet reached their age (for use as offerings) or pigeons that have passed their age but they are not subject to misappropriation. Rabbi Shimon says that doves that have not yet reached their age are subject to misappropriation (because they’ll eventually reach their age) but, while one may not benefit from pigeons that have passed their age, they aren’t subject to misappropriation.

Meilah 3:5

One may not benefit from the milk of consecrated animals or the eggs of (consecrated) doves but these things aren’t subject to misappropriation. This is the case when an animal has been consecrated as an offering. When it comes to things consecrated towards Temple upkeep, however, if one dedicated a chicken, both it and its eggs are subject to misappropriation; if one dedicated a donkey, both it and its milk are subject to misappropriation.
