Hilchos Matnos Aniyim 4:24

If someone prunes a vine after becoming aware of olelos, he may do so in his normal manner. He may prune the olelos just like he may prune the regular clusters.

Hilchos Matnos Aniyim 4:25

If a non-Jew sells a Jew his vineyard to harvest, the Jew must leave the olelos; if a Jew and a non-Jew jointly own a vineyard, the Jew must leave olelos from his share, but the non-Jew’s share is exempt.
