Nedarim 11:2-3

Nedarim 11:2

The following are vows of self-affliction: if a woman vows prohibiting all the produce in the world to herself, her husband can cancel the vow. If she prohibited herself all the produce in her country, he could bring her produce from another country. If she prohibited herself all the produce from a certain vendor, the husband cannot overturn the vow. Rabbi Yosi says the husband can overturn the vow if this vendor is their own source of sustenance.

Nedarim 11:3

If a woman says, “Konam if I benefit from people,” her husband cannot cancel the vow and she may support herself from the portions of the crop designated for the needy (leket, shichcha and peah). If one says, “Konam if kohanim and Leviim benefit from me,” they may take their portions (terumah and tithes) from the one who vowed against his will. If the one who vowed only prohibited certain kohanim and Leviim, others may take those portions.
