Tunnels: The Torah's Response to Aggression
If someone tunnels into his neighbor's house to steal and the owner kills him it's not considered murder according to the Torah.
Rav Shlomo Zalman Auerbach: Why doesn't the Torah say give him the object he is trying to steal? Why are you allowed to violate Shabbos for an ill person?
